This three-day Kinesiology Course This one-day workshop introduces the foundations of muscle monitoring (testing) as used within Applied Physiology Kinesiology, with a practical focus on locating and balancing stress within the body.

You will learn how muscle monitoring is used to identify areas of stress and imbalance, and how Meridian Alarm Points can be accessed to accurately locate where stress is being held within the acupuncture meridian system.

The day includes hands-on guidance in using tuning forks to support the balancing of identified meridian stress, working with sound vibration to assist the nervous system in shifting out of stress patterns.

This class is experiential and accessible, designed to build confidence in muscle monitoring techniques while offering a clear understanding of how meridians respond to stress and vibrational support.
